The aroma of sizzling beef filled the air as Mina, Jisoo, and Hana gathered around the table, eagerly anticipating their meal. They had ordered the Large Beef Package, which included boneless short ribs, rib eye, skirt steak, seasoned short ribs, and marinated short ribs, complete with kimchi stew and a variety of side dishes.
As the server expertly grilled the meat, the trio chatted and savored the rich, savory scents. Mina grinned as she bit into the short ribs, claiming they are even better than Cote’s. Jisoo dipped her meat into the sweet and savory sauce beside her. Hana, quietly enjoying her kimchi stew, nodded in agreement as the spicy broth warmed her from the inside out.
The side dishes were equally impressive. Hana favored the marinated eggplant and creamy sweet potato puree, while Mina insisted on ordering the spicy buckwheat noodles, a cold, tangy dish that perfectly complemented the grilled meat.
As the meal wound down, the waiter brought out ice cream topped with sour jam, the perfect refreshing finish. As they laughed over memories and shared stories, they agreed they’d return soon—next time, for the ribeye.
